Memorials

The Wheeler Memorial Library in Orange and the Moore Leland Library in North Orange offer an opportunity to honor your loved ones through a memorial donation. Most often, these memorials are for the purchase of books in memory of the person. Sometimes, memorials are given to honor someone who is still alive that the donor feels deserves recognition.

In both cases, specific book(s) can be selected by the donor or the librarian will select appropriate items. A bookplate will be placed in the book identifying the honoree and the donor. A card will be mailed to the family of the honoree to make them aware of the memorial donation.

This is a great way to honor someone and to support the library at the same time.
